Former world rated Fahsai Sakkreerin (32-2, 17 KOs) stopped Julio Delabasez (18-18-5, 10 KOs) in eight rounds in Bangkok ,Thailand on Friday to retain the IBF Pan Pacific title. Sakkreerin controlled the action in all the rounds as he continually connected with effective left hand leads, right crosses and left hooks. The powerfully built Indonesian did not have power to get the respect of the skillful Thai and boxed all the rounds on the back-move. The referee saved the game import in round eight after he was out on his feet in the neutral corner and being punished by solid combinations.
Promoter Jimmy Chaichotchuang said, Sakkreerin is ready for the top ten best junior featherweights in the world.
